Fitness does not have to be your life. Instead, it should compliment your lifestyle and enhance the life you desire to live. Be_Fitness offers several different class styles that meet you at your current fitness level and then challenge you to progress. If you want to be strong, if you want to be confident, if you want to de-stress, or to just work on better posture, there is a class for you!

Be challenged so that you can be fit, be strong and be happy.

Short on time but have big goals? HIIT is for you! Classes for all fitness levels, whether you're a burpee-loving fool or a known jump-lunge-ophobic!

Most classes at Be_Fitness are centered on the idea that higher intensity at a shorter duration can provide health benefits for those on a time budget.  

Sometimes it can be difficult to understand the science, but here's what HIIT Training (on a regular basis) can do for you:

1. Improve cardiovascular fitness and reduce the risk of heart disease.

2. Help increase the amount of ATP (energy) your body produces to get through daily life. Who doesn't want to feel more energized?

3. Increase insulin sensitivity and thereby staving off the risk of diabetes.

4. Increase fat break down in both subcutaneous and intramuscular fat stores (bye bye belly fat!)
