September is Hip Stability Month

Each class will focus on strengthening, stretching and activating muscles that are responsible for maintaining hip and pelvic stability. 

3 Reasons YOU need Hip Stability

1. Proximal Stability = Distal Mobility

Having hips that are stable means more mobility and movement available to you at your knees, ankles and low back.

2. Your hips are your center of balance. Having a strong center means better movement mechanics which allow you to effectively increase strength in your arms and legs without compromising form or posture.

3. No one likes sloppy hips. Do you stretch your hamstrings or strengthen them? Do tight hip flexors mean you should do more yoga? Should you stop running, playing pickleball or picking up your grandchildren because your knees hurt? Let your awesome instructors at Be_Fitness take the guess work out of it and come to a class!
