Adrienne Johnson

Yoga Instructor

Meet Adrienne Johnson, a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher and certified massage therapist who offers an accessible and sustainable approach to yoga and movement. You can expect more than just a traditional yoga experience in her classes. Adrienne empowers her students to explore their physical capabilities and understand the intricacies of their bodies. She blends traditional yoga asana with mobility-based exercises to enhance joint health and function while easing stiffness and tightness.

Adrienne's teaching style is characterized by a playful attitude, fostering a safe and supportive environment where she emphasizes adapting poses to suit individual bodies and needs. Adrienne's yoga journey began with her Vinyasa yoga certification in 2015. Over the years, she has continued her education, including completing her 300-hour training that emphasizes proper biomechanics in yoga. This extensive training equips her with the expertise to tailor classes to accommodate various physical capabilities, making her particularly adept at working with pain management and injury recovery.

Through her dedication and inclusive approach, Adrienne ensures each class is unique. As you progress on your yoga journey, expect to gain new insights, refine your practice, and move with greater ease and intention on and off the mat.
